1. You’re Not Seeing Results

If you’ve been exercising consistently for several weeks or months and are not seeing results or reaching your goals, hiring me as your personal trainer may be a good choice. I possess the knowledge, certification and experience to help you. Together we will review your fitness goals to make sure they are realistic and look at your current training programs as well as eating habits to see where we can make changes and create more effective workouts.

2. You Don’t Know Where to Start

Set up a complete exercise program that includes all the activities you need to do – lifting weights, cardio, balance, and core training can be overwhelming and challenging. Choosing the correct exercise, set, rep and load are not always easy. I can help you to make sure you are maximizing your time and effort to get the best results.

3. You Need to Be Challenged

When you train with me I will make sure to challenge and motivate you to push past those self-imposed limits, encourage you to lift heavier, go longer and challenge yourself more than you would on your own. You’ll find it’s very hard to slack off when I’m standing over you and telling you to give me just one more rep.

4. You Need Accountability and Motivation

The hardest part in working out is getting you up and going to the gym. There is always a better thing to do; unless you invest money into your exercise program and time. I charge a reasonable rate and I’m available almost all day long.

5. You’re Training for a Sport or Event

Training for a fitness contest, marathon or some other type of sport or event? Let me help you figure out what you need to do to accomplish your goal.
I ran the LA Marathon and did couple of fitness contests. We can create a training program and map out a plan for the coming event.

6. You’re Bored with the Same Old Workouts

If you’re an experienced exerciser, maybe you haven’t considered working out with a personal trainer. However, it can be a great choice if you need some variety in your workouts. I can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge both your body and mind. Even if you just do a few sessions or meet every few weeks, you’ll find it refreshing to have new workouts and new exercise toys to play with.

7. You Have a Specific Illness, Injury or Condition

If you have any specific illness like arthritis, heart disease, diabetic, high blood pressure or an injury, I have the knowledge of how to train you and what you should and/or shouldn’t do. I will work with your doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist to make sure your workout is safe and essential.
This also includes pregnant women that are looking for safe workout program.

8. You Want to Workout at Home

If you’d like to exercise at home but don’t have a lot of equipment or aren’t sure how to use what you have, I offer in-home personal training. I can come over to your place, use your equipment or bring some of my own and train you in the environment you feel most comfortable in.

9. I’m better than a mirror

When you exercise, the most important thing is to watch your form. Exercising in an incorrect form can lead to muscle imbalance that can lead to injury and ineffective workout. I watch your form while you are working out, spot for you and make sure you stay in a free injuries zone.

10. I love to see you sweat

Sweaty faces and all those huffs and puffs tell me that I’m doing my job correctly. There is nothing that I like more than seeing my client’s sweat and work hard. I keep reminding them that SWEAT IS FAT CRYING (-:
