Contest guiding and prep

Congratulations on deciding to compete in fitness show!

It takes hard work and dedication to be successful, but the sense of accomplishment you feel when you walk on stage will make it all worth it. Here is what contest guiding includes:

  • Body fat % taken along with measurements andstarting photos
  • Set realistic long and short term goals
  • Decide which organization you would like to compete in
  • 3-5 days per week of One on One Personal Training
  • Ongoing Nutrition Consultations
  • Stage presence, confidence, and overall posing
  • Contest suit, makeup, hair and tanning
  • $ Weekly for program include 3 sessions of One on One Personal Training
  • $ Weekly for program include 5 sessions of One on One Personal Training

Minimum obligation of 12 weeks required.
